When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, phone number, website, and the details of your project. We also record how you found us — the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, evaluate whether we're a good fit for your project, and manage our sales pipeline. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, forms submitted) and Microsoft Clarity to understand usability (heatmaps and session recordings). These tools use cookies and similar technologies. We configure them so that sensitive form fields — your name, email, and phone — are masked in recordings, and we do not send personally identifiable information to analytics events.
Data storage and security
Enquiry data is stored in access-controlled systems available only to the Spontom team. We use HTTPS across the site and server-side validation and spam protection on all forms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@spontom.com.
